wowza! that's not good!
So let me get this straight, you've sent an e-mail over a day ago and still no response?
I'd send another one and chalk it up to internet issue. I can't imagine a host not responding to a sales e-mail!!!

Actually, I can't imagine a host not responding to any e-mail, but I'm sure it happens elsewhere...

Answer is came as follow:

(apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We follow a process when contacts come in from our website, and sometimes it takes a day or two)

I called the person then he call me again I think they are good but not for small reseller.

Well, it's better you learned now that they're slow rather than when you have a problem. Lesson learned.
Good luck in your search for a new host.

It seems they do not have enough staff to handle sales queries. No customer will wait for two days to get a reply.

Pre-sales questions are often answered less timely than anything else.
