Last I checked they go by the name attached to the account (ie, if it's a company account that's what they use)

This may seem off topic but why dont you just have them wire the money to your account it is quicker and free.

I get checks and the name on the check is your personal name and NOT that of your business.

Just be sure to always double check it before making that trip to the bank... I have wrong names on my check more than once.

coz I am in Singapore ... to do a wire transfer below USD$500 is quite expensive.

When filling the bank details in for a check in 2 checkout just put the name you want on the check where it says Payee name.

Its as easy as that.
