We are in need of up to 5 webdesigners for an upcoming company of mine.
This company will sell website templates, forum templates and other website addons.
The templates will be sold more than once, and I am in need of a few designers to design pre-made templates to be put on the site.
The designers would get pay based on the popularity of their templates.
For example,
1-5 sales of particular template = 70% of total price
6-10 sales = 75%
10-15 sales = 80%
15-20 sales = 85%
On a per-template basis
All designs must be coded properly(they must look almost identical and have no glaring bugs in IE6, Mozilla 1.x on PC and Camino/Safari/Mozilla on mac(we have a mac availiable for testing on. IE for mac should be supported, although its rather buggy so a few errors can be expected))
If you don't want to code the designs, then you can get our coder to code and split your share of profits with him.
Web designs are 60/40 you/him and forum designs are 45/55 due to the incredible workload of coding and debugging an entire forum, especially one you didn't design.
The forum templates will be made for vBulletin, InvisionBoard, and phpBB.
