everytime i send a message to some one i get an error saying that i cant send it because you can only send one message every 30 secs.

i dont get it, the last time i sent a message was about 5 days ago, not 30 secs

Log out, clear your cookies and log back in

done that, have logged out, clears all my browser files and cookies, restarted my pc, reset IE6 to its defaults and i still have the problem :(

Does not matter too much just needed to contact someone, but i will just contact them by some other means, so not a problem :)
