My future clients will be so happy: This software is amazing... truely is.

Take the time to get to know the software. It can be a (you know what) to install, and configure. I agree that once its ready to go, it is pure gold, but if you're not careful in configuration, many things can go wrong.

Going to download demo today or tommorw, with full intentions of purchasing after 30 days. It looks (both cosmetic and featurewise) MUCH better then H-Sphere's billing system I've been using.

Demo's not bad, however, as they told me once,

"Demo's are never the latest build, they are usually a build or two behind."

While the demo is okay, you'll probably be waiting for a feature thats in the next build or two.

Honestly if it sets up Shared and Reseller accounts, allows me to configure so that existing customers can order more domains at discounted rates (was told I can with seperate signup forms) and the system gives late notices (already know it does), I am going to be SO much happier then H-Sphere's billing system.

Modernbill is really a great software .. its well built. Only one thing is missing tho` ... a good documentation. They have a documentation available, but that only covers about 60% of modernbill.

Took me about 2-3 weeks of trial and error before I actually put modernbill to use.

We use MB as well, and can't say enough good things. All the points seemed to be touched on install, and documentation. Install went fairly smoothly for us, but it was setting it up and configuring it that seemed to take the most time. But once you get past that it is a great piece of software, and one that will truly cut down on the number of 'manual' tasks you have to perform.

ModernBill is a one of the best pieces of software in my opinion. The configuring takes a bit of time and can be a bit tricky at times though.
