Hi all,

I have been using this host (duploweb.com) since April and have not had any problems until last weeek.
My website is more "down" than "up", my emails work intermittently and I often can't access the servers via ftp.

It was cheap, I know, but I still would like to know what is happening and they simply don't answer to my emails (when they don't bounce).

They are European (from the Netherlands): anyone knows something about them?

Don't know what's going on either.
I have three sites through them and they won't answer my emails.
Guess the best thing to do is move.
With or without a refund.

If they can't even write us and tell us what's going on............well you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out.

If I hear anything I'll definately let you know.

Well, I'm so sorry for you: I sure know how you feel!!

I am researching new hosts and I have found one I quite like: www.global-internet-access.com. It is a paid one (still quite cheap though) but you have your own CGI bin plus pop emails and some other good stuff.

If I have news about "Dumbweb", I'll let you know too, ok?

I think you can find a good host if you look around here.

Sorry, the provider's url was www.global-access-internet.com, not the other way. My mistake.
