I just made my first ever flash movie Im so proud of myself It kinda felt like the first time I made a webpage lets see 5 yrs ago , I know pointless post but :stickout I felt like sharing :D

Actually, Flash does not have those functions. If I'm not misstaking that text effect is created by Swish (http://www.swish.com/) (or another effet program like it).

Lacey, I give you a plus because you don't have sound in it. Today when I was browsing a little, 2 popups opend with loud music (Flash movies) and that really pisses me off. I'm thinking about uninstalling the Flash plugin. :angry:

:blush: Im trying, it was not to long ago I was on dial up and I would get :angry: when ppl had these heavy loading flash/animated graphic start pages so Im trying to keep it light and fast loading.

Still, I'd consider adding a small preloader to the flash movie. It's not huge, but at 211 KB it's not really small, either. Those text effects make for a large file, because every frame is a key frame. I short preloader at the beginning (well, obviously a preloader goes at the beginning...) would make sure it runs smoothly for those using slow modem connections.
