Attention: (To whom it may concern)

This company charged my Visa for over $1000, mostly on Pizza Hut and Grocery store.

The e-mail address is not working anymore. On my statement the internet service charges were from CIS Network Inc. NC (U.S. state)

I registered with them In march and after a month and a half, They still can not get my dedicated server account setup. I cancel them and agree to pay for the initial setup fee just to exist cleanly. I just it didn't help and they start to scam their customers and using their credit cards for other purposes.
