Well I'll be their first customer - they are the best shop I've every used... all shipments all time excellent account management system - so domain names?? why not.. they might as well sell cows (or chickens :) )

Well we had a few of those online grocers fail like HomeGrocer.com and of course webvan went down in flames. :D

I don't think so - hosting could easily ruin their reliability... because it's a tricky business... but hey maybe they can pull that one off as well :)
I don't care if WebHostingTalk is selling domain names, it's all about the price and reliability.
Amazon.com is likely to charge more and they have no track record of previously handling domains.
I definitely would not be going with them for at least a year.

You guys don't need to worry for them. They would probably find someone in the industry to partner with ... like CDnow for selling CDs!
