What software do you use as a spam filter to get rid of the spam you receive in your mailbox? I'm not referring to software like spamasssassin which are installed at the server level, but software which you install on your notebook/laptop. I'm asking because recently I've been bombarded by an influx of spam emails, and that's the only viable option that I can think off.

Please post the product name, where i can get it from (ie. URL), the cost of registration/ordering (if any), and how you find it overall. If it has any special features when compared to other spam killers, please post them too.
