I'm italian (sorry for my english) and I search a good hosting for my sports site that have 900-1000 visitors x month.
It's a database results site (400 pages).
I have found (but it's so difficult to understand the better offer) two hosting services that satisfy my wishes.

$10 a month is not going to buy you a lot of space. Your site needs about 150MBs of space and maybe more.

If your site is all text, space wouldn't be such a big concern. You should look into security and speed. As mentioned above 150Mbs,15 email accounts, and Mysql database, would only be $14.95. Pricing is very competive so look around your not only buying space you are buying service.
