Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew how to create a members login like the one here: http://www.intellihosting.com/v2/member/login2.html
that basically logs into the .htaccess (via telnet)... How do all of these website create logins like that instead of using the standard telnet one?
Thanks guys!

Sorry man, that login looks bogus, cuz the forum doesn't actually post info to any server side script. And the Enter button isn't actually a submit button, its just a image linking to member2.html..
Was there something I didn't understand?

Yeah, I just clicked the button without filling it in and it took me to the next page. It looks like they have a form you have to fill out with your name, domain, etc. And then they will manually add it for you.

hmmm.. No you weren't missing anything. Thanks for your guy's explanation.. But what about other websites that actually do have logins, without the standard telent stuff? Thanks

Not sure what you mean by using telnet. But most sites either make a custom login and control pannel or buy a premade one, from someone like vdi.net or plesk.com
