I got everything I ordered (crouching tiger, hidden dragon came today... now on my top movie list). When it's backordered you may have to check up on it, but for the most part they've always gotten stuff out on time or a day or two early. The only problem I've had is with Adventures in Babysitting being sent out late because they received it late.
