We will be transferring our site to a new host. The site is built in PHP. I will need some help with the transfer. I intend to maintain the site myself with Dreamweaver MX, but need assistance with the following:

 Transferring current site to new host with minimal downtime

 Brief tutorial on how our site is using PHP (specifically, how are universal changes to header and footer made. Template not evident)

 Possible assistance in setting up first PHP/MySQL database
