is that for shared hosting or for dedicated server? Anyway, I would personally recommend www.pwebtech.com ... They have 24/7 tech support on the NOC. The NOC itslef, nac.net, is great feautring about 20 diverse connectivity and because of this I have experienced 100% network uptime in the last 45 days ... Jay, the owner, also frequents this board ... and from my friend experience, he is really quite helpful!

I do not know much of other hosts who offers win 2000 hosting ... so, if other people can add to this list, please do so :)
