Sorry I didn't know where else to put this post; the lounge was the most fitting.
-------

I am looking for a web designer, who is nice enough to help me learn the art of web/graphic design... I need someone to help me learn to use Flash, some more advanced html, graphic creation through adobe Photoshop (7.0), etc.

You may be asking yourself, "Why should I teach him all this? What’s in it for me?" - I will give you 50% of the profit I make while you're teaching me how to create well-designed sites (ones that make profit) - and 10% for every project I work on for the rest of this year... I have a lot of spare time, a lot of knowledge of PHP (I learned PHP in 2 days, so I'm very easy to teach), so I will be able to work on a lot of projects.

I wouldn't mind working for a design company either, as long as they can help me improve my current (decent) html/image/site design skills.

If anyone is willing to teach me, I would be very grateful, and would be dedicated to learning, as well as sticking to the promises above.

Thank you for hearing me out, if you can do this: please send me a PM.

(Mods): If this is the wrong forum, can you please move it for me and not close it? I haven't used WebHostingTalk much, so I don't know all the rules.

Try devshed.com or tutorialforums.com - you can learn a lot just by reading and doing.
