Does anyone knows if there is (I am pretty sure there is) an API for Cobalt, like configurating the machine or adding the user.

I registered as a developer on cobalt's site, and downloaded the manual for R3, but there was no mentioned of it.

I did see a code fragment of perl script use something like "use Cobalt..."(no I am not a perl programmer, yet)

Do you know where I can find documentation on the API?
