I just had a dedicated server setup and I am trying to get the asp pages to work with no luck. Everything is almost identical to my local server which has no problems. Can anyone offer any suggestions?
Thanks,
Kevin

We'll need more information, such as error messages.

Thanks,
All I got was the Page cannot not be displayed? I tried to duplicate what I have running locally which works fine, but this just won't process the page.
I read somewhere from an old post about alot of people have issues with win2k/iis5 and asp.

Make sure you have Friendly Error Messages disabled in IIS. Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> and uncheck "Show Friendly HTTP Error Messages". If you have a coding issue and you don't disable friendly errors, IE will just show a generic "this page can not be displayed" error, which isn't very helpful.
Failing that, please post a URL.

Thanks Jay,
I wish I was where I could get to the server right now! I'll check taht out in the am. All I was trying to do was access the default help pages that are installed with iis.
Another question, I was just looking at HELM to help me out, is that a good product for a n00b to get started with running a dedicated? Does it create all the default folders for an account like cgi-bin, etc?

Kev23,
The settings Jay was referring to are in your local browser, not on the server!
PS: It is actually a Windoze server, isn't it?
