Now you have to pay US$ 20 (to me) as a setup fee (which is a one time only) as they charge will charge me for domain change, and then by August 23rd 2003, you have to pay them the renewal price which is US$15. So yes, totally, you have to pay US$ 35 for this year only. From next year onwards, you need to pay only the renewal price, ie. US$15.

You may not resell your account, and especially not under the terms you have set.

Firstly, domain changes are free, so $20 is not required by yourself. Secondly the Business Plan will renew at $4.99 per month from August onwards.
