Search the board and you will find many opinions on each of the three. Moderbill is the most full featured, excellent software, but does require a good bit of work to keep it all completely in order. Basic rule is more information=more work. Perlbill is a middle of the road solution. HostAdmin/Dreamcost does not have a good reputation. Many have tried and then gone elsewhere. Suddenly, after months the dreamcost people have reappeared here and responded to very old threads. Have they now got there act together? I don't know. But, they certainly didn't before.

I would have to say that ModernBill has the power, but they are hiding it with that GUI that slows everything down (It can be changed though :) ) Also, ModernBill has problems doing certain things, like printing invoices and stuff like that.
