Guessing it is a DNS issue, best to relay the info you've posted to them and see if they can find it. Sometimes those niggly DNS issues are like when you take your car into the shop. It never makes the noise *then* and the mechanic just looks at you like *you're* the one who needs fixin'. :D

Liquidweb's technical support is not the sharpest group of support people around...

I'm on liquidweb, I had a similar problem. I had a subdomain (news.mysite.com) that was causing the problem. If if I went to www.mysite.com, it worked fine, but if I went to mysite.com (no www) it would show me the directory of news.mysite.com, so I changed the news subdomain and it worked, so if you have a news subdomain, try changing it.

Chicken is right; it definately looks like a DNS problem. if Liquidweb can't set-up the DNS correctly, switch hosts.

I just tried picpie, got a direcory listing of another site. Unless you are working on the site and mucking around with it, the DNS is completely frucked.
Even switching to a DNS service like http://mydns.com would be better (do the DNS yourself).

OMG liquid web just answered my 6th email saying:
" Your domain appears to be working correctly. "
But it's not the true !!!
every hour it becomes crazy for about 20 minutes !!!!
If they monitor it they can see !!!
P.S. i don't think it can be a DNS problem because when it becomes "crazy" and i try to login in my ftp trough the ip number i got an error message...
i dunno what to do.......
