I signed up for their hosting service. After two days the site still not set up properly due to the reasons below:

They guaranteed a lot of things that after I signed up I discovered were not true.

They have virtually no email support during the night (their time). Try and send something in the night hours - I only got a reply after 8 hours - around their morning time.

In all they are not what they claim to be!

Yes your right, when a host doesn't provide what it promises to, your in all right to ask for an chargeback and get your money back.
