We are adding Windows NT/2000 based hosting to our services and need a dedicated server.

The basic requirements are as follows.

Processor PII800+
RAM 256+
SCSI h/d - 9 GB will do.
MSSQL - shared database.
Bandwidth - 20 GB will do.

The following would be a definite plus.

24/7 support (As we are in very different time zones)
h/w Upgrades are a one time cost.

Currently we have just one NT + MSSQL customer on a shared account. Most of the sites will be of low usage.
As we are practically starting from scratch, we would like to have an upgradeable server which would 'grow' along with us.
