Basically I'm looking for everything www.communitech.net (http://www.communitech.net) offers without the problems, the price is ok, but the reseller prices should be a better deal. If they don't have a control panel, then decent support/setup time would be fine (<12hr 7 days a week). I use some of these sites as a test bed so a charge for setup or additional monthly charge for every little feature or change would not be desired. Here are the hosts I've looked at so far:
www.shaje.com (http://www.shaje.com) - I've got a few sites here, GREAT control panel and UNBEATABLE price, email support is ok - but no PHP yet - I've only been with them for a short time, so I'm not recommending them yet - but do check them out, I've been surprised not to see them in the mainstream at all (maybe they don't want to pay advertising fees to be a "recommended host" on all those host searches)

safehost.net got good reviews and they do support dsn (why some hosts don't advertise features like dsn and php I don't know, why would they not want to advertise it?)

http://www.tera-byte.com (emailed sales about the control panel, but they didn't exactly answer the question - can you change odbc connections, edit ftp accounts and directory password protection?) Does anyone know if they have a reseller discount?

Any suggestions or feedback on these hosts?
