I still have 12 days left on my June calendar. Very disappointing. I was starting to like them. But now, this is a big RED FLAG to me.

I wonder how they will be in business in 12 months if they can't honor their one month promotion?

As long as they didn't charge you for something that they can't/won't provide.

Promos are generally subject to cancellation at anytime. Better he stop offering it to new customers if that's what it takes to keep giving the current special to the customers that have already signed up.

IMHO -- as always.

I understand your point but still have a problem with the presentation..."June Special". June covers the whole month. It could of been..."First 50 that sign up in June" and everything is fine.

It just doesn't look very professional to me. How poorly planed was the promotion and is this the same organizational approach they take in running their business?

I'm not saying it was well planned. Just that it doesn't mean they're a horrible company just because of that. (I have no idea how good they are overall - just commenting on this one factor).

I see where he's comming from, Maybe wording it like Limited time June Special, may have been better worded. He might have had more sign-up then expected and rather then loose alot of money close the special early. I would still agree that this doesn't reflect how bad the company or services are.

I think we all see and understand where our points are coming from... :D
