I think every 2 letter domain is already taken.

www.register.com and www.networksolutions.com www.namcheap.com can register two letter domain name but chances are very low that you can get it. I am not sure whether they still allow two letters domain name to be registered even when it has dropped, but pretty sure that .org is not allowed anymore.

2 letter domain registration (.com, .net) subject to availability.
Most of them have been registered already. Though if you can afford to buy a 2 letter domain, you can still get one from reseller/domain broker.

2 letter .org cannot be registered anymore.

2 letter .us, .biz and .info cannot be registered.

you can find some for sell at dnforum.com usually the prices range from $5,000 - $50,000 for .com's if 2 but you can find some cheaper if its char+number like

2 letters are impossible to register, you'll have to fight like 10000000 billion trillion snaps and bids etc. when the name expires (if it even does).

There are at least two 2-character (number & letter) domains left in .cn, as of a few minutes ago.

What makes you think that they are available for registration? They are rare commodities even in the pre-owned marketm not to mention that new registrations are no longer allowed by registries! Even a 2-letter (NOT 2-character, which may include numbers) .org (not to say .com or .net) cost more than $1k to own at the least. Of course, if you have a deep pocket, that's another story.

good idea is to contact all 2 letter .org owners and see if they dont wish to renew them and interested to sell their unused names :D
