One has to give credit where it is due, so i decided this was one of the occasions where it is most certainly justified.:)

Normally, a sign of a good open forum is when you don't see much in it. People only tend to go out of there way to make comments when they have a gripe about something so when you look through their forum and it looks a bit sparse its actually a sign of lots of happy customers.

Anyway, over the last few days i signed up got "switched on" in a few hours and found that my package was lacking a few things and what I actually needed was something of a reseller package as I have 7 sites. Within minutes of discussing my requirements with support my account was upgraded with WHM features so i can add and control domains on the fly!

But one of the most outstanding was my PHP script which had a corrupt file. Excel support asked me to zip it over and they sorted the problem in a couple of hours and got my database up and running. Before you think that Excel will sort out everyones script issues I think its fair to mention this went beyond the normal call of duty of host support because I was at my wits end after 48 hours fumbling around knowing it was working on my previous host setup.

No I don't work for Excel just a very happy customer and so far so good. The server I'm on is FAST and ping times are excellent as my customer base is mainly in Europe. Take a look http://www.excelwebhosting.com Im glad i did.

I'm a jew...what if I wanted to use his service, but when I go to the site it says "Professional Christian Web Hosting..." I turn away. I like their prices, and I'm not anti-christians, but I don't think that's the way to appeal customers to your service.
Glad you like the support though, Semaj is a nice guy.

He lets you know up front he is a Christian web host so you will know what he would not like published on sites hosted on his machines. Not because he is some kind of censor, but because he knows what he would prefer not being exposed to because of his convictions. He has to live with himself. Most everyone has their limits, others may not.

I have been a Feature Price customer for over 2 years. About 3 weeks ago I switched to their new service and since then it has been a nightmare. I still have about six months prepaid but I could not take the lack of service anymore. I changed host to Excel and I want to thank them for the outstanding support they have given me in the change. As I said I was wwith FeaturePrice for over 2 years nd I don't know what happened but when they went down they really went down. I told them please cancel my service and keep the money and they can not even do that.
Thank you again Excel for helping do my transfers.

maybe they should rename to Non-Denomination Religious Host.... just a thought.

I wonder why a “Christian Owned Business” would stuff dozens of unrelated keywords into the alternate text of their images? Perhaps an attempt to deceive (spam) search engine results? Check out the image on http://www.excelwebhosting.com/support.html. I see a guy talking on the phone in some kind of business setting. The image is described as follows:

Oh my goodness, I just went to the site and put my pointer over the image. That is some baaad programming. I would hate to see what appears to be a good host go under because of bad practices.

They terminated my account because I flamed their support for not doing their job right.
