I'm quite interested if more people have problems with the hosting provider pagecreators.net in Alexandria Minnesota
In this moment i'm a customer at pagecreators .net with a super plus account.
I have the following until now not corrected problems:
1. they billed my credit card for $3000 US saying i hold up an overage of traffic. Using their accounting tool wusage i could see i did not generate for 1% of my allowed traffic in that specific month
2. They only sent me a 3 liner email message with the message they billed my credit card
3. They have two toll free numbers, one for sales and one for technical support. I tried those numbers several times last month (more than 100 times). They use a tape saying all employees are busy or on opening times they simply don't pick up the phone.
4. Reaction for support on email is very slow. More than several days for most time a one liner answer is normal.
Because of these problems i'm interested in all interesting information in page creators or in people who are experiencing same or other problems with page creators.

Marcel,
I have some pretty bad news for you. You're not alone in this situation as there have been many problems with pagecreators.
If you do a search over at the HostSpot forum http://www.hostspot.com/cgi-bin/forum/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&forum=Web+Hosting&number=1&DaysPrune=30&LastLogin= for pagecreators you will find there are many, many people with the same problem.
I advise that you save all your files to your hard drive, issue a cancellation notice and find a new host. If they have overcharged your credit card, ring your bank immediately and place a 'chargeback' on the transaction that occurred (for the overcharge) to get the money back.
Good luck!

I have talked with the person before.
Brian Krutchen
He was talking how he drove a Top-O-Line Mercedes Benz, his Rolex, and how he ate out each night. He also told me how much money he has. He said millions.
Belive what you want.
Your $3,000 just paid for his Mercedes Payment, a new Rolex Fund, and a nice meal.

In supply to the lines above the following:
I don't say anything about the quality of the company Page Creators. I don't say it is a good or bad company. The quoted lines above are solely my own opinion and could be wrong.
It is only ment to hear from other people which, follow their opinion had same of similar problems with Page Creators. Nothing more nothing less.

Sounds like someone might have received a threatening so-called legal notice about their post....?!

Sounds like a legal notice to me.
I wouldn't be worried about it because there is nothing they ca do about your post as it happens to be the thruth and they sure as hell can't sue you for the truth.

That sounds crazy nor does it seem legal. $3000 with no warning? If you check out the policy at www.cwihosting.com (http://www.cwihosting.com) they specifically state no overage charges or other fees will be charged to your account without your consent. They deal with a lot of high growth sites and understand the importance of this. They have a special going on right now also. If what you say is true, it seems far from ethical.
I agree with BC, and if you feel these charges have been made wrongly, I would try to recover them ASAP.
