I've been with this host (http://www.control2.co.uk) for 4 weeks now. They are a trading name for Easy At Home Internet Ltd.
Initial set up went fine, although they registered my domain incorrectly to my URL rather than me! I was set up in 48 hours, so I went and got their advanced user upgrade. Since then I've heard nothing from them, advanced upgrade was never set up, with no reply to any emails I've sent. Their support helpdesk on the web site comes up with a CGI eror all the time. They have HumanClick, but I've never received a reply on this either. And they have no phone number!! For the last 10 days, I've also had no FTP access to my account.
Any advice would be appreciated as to what to do now!

Thank you people! How did you find that? I've managed to get their fax, but not phone!

alot of searches bring little results, but when put together the little results can bring an entire company together ;)

everybody makes a mistake somewhere on the internet and gives themselves away, it just takes loads of searches to hunt them down :-)
