I can't reply to certain thread's = like this one

Every once in awhile, I get where I can't reply. So, I log out. Close the browser. Log in. And if it doesn't work, repeat the process. Then it does work.
Weird still. But that's what works for me.

1)Create a dummy thread
2)After posting, copy the thread URL
3)Select the messed up thread
4)Select Merge thread
5)Merg with the thread created in #1
6)Fixed :D
