limit is $40-50 .. i'm looking for someone to design me a simple site layout .. the only "graphical" parts of the website will be the banner .. the banner i want a 3d-ish background with a flash animated logo of the radio station (it's just 3 letters) circling around .. then on the right of that on the 3d-ish background i want the full name of the radio station .. underneath that i want a navigation with iono mouse over features i guess .. the rest will be html and a little artwork ..
