Did anyone receive an apology letter from WEBHOSTING.COM? The letter apologize for their bad service. Are they ready to give back the money to the customers? Probably they may not have a policy to give back the money to the customers for which the service is not given.

I had posted a message to a newsgroup mentioning that some users had posted poor reviews of webhosting - and I got a piece of email from webhosting.com apologizing to me for the bad service I received. I had to tell them that I had never, in fact, been their customer (and never said that I had), and that my response was merely a comment on things I'd read elsewhere. Kind of odd...

LOL, and to think that they never contacted me about my site http://www.webhostingsucks.com . And they do know it exists judging from the site stats which show webhosting.com as the number 1 domain in visits to the site.
By the way, I haven't had any problems with their service since they put in a new server but I dread the thought of ever needing assistance or tech support from them. Besides, I am convinced that the improvement is only temporary and soon they'll slip back to their customary mo. I'm looking for a new host to move to ASAP.
