I'd like to change my hosting company as i'm not satified with their support, I'm hosting an active Bulletin using VB2.0.0
Total no. of users 2000, concurrent online users around 20.

general Requirements:

- Very reliable service, I can't afford to have downtime.
- Very good support.
- High speed connection.
- Disk space >400MB
- Bandiwdth > 15GB/mo.
- Using latest Ver. of MySQL - PHP
- Cost < $100/mo.

Is there any hosting company that support ASP and VB Hosting?

I have couple of hosting company in my list to evaluate:
