Hi All,

In WHM do you have to create a default account for your Main IP address after Burst has set up the server?

If I type in the Main IP address of the server, I see the following on the page only:

default page

Not the usual Apache message ..

I deleted that first account and it went away ;-)

Everything works ok BTW...

Ok,

I did as you said and deleted the account they had setup and then created it again in the WHM, now everything works! Mails even coming in..

The only thing I'm concerned about is that another IP was assigned to the default address and the server host name in the IP address listing went away ..


It use to be like this
66.XX.XXX.0 [http: ]
66.XX.XXX.0 [http: www.apollo.myaddress.com]
66.XX.XXX.1

So I now have

66.XX.XXX.0 [http: ]
66.XX.XXX.0
66.XX.XXX.1 [http: www.myaddress.com]

Is this Broke?

Ask Sean (burstnet) to clear things up and let me know what he says about it.

Yes, works great!

I had to re-adjust the IP in DNS for the account to the default IP of the server and then go in and edit the apache.conf and proftp.conf to point to the default IP and then everything works great. Been trying to find something else that may be broken but nothing so far, I think it's a success!
