WANTED: Windows 2000 Server Admin/Tech

Someone who is experienced with ASP and ACCESS databases. Not a DBA or programmer, but someone who can troubleshoot performance issues with ASP interacting with access databases.

AND NO.... its not a simple problem with incorrect permission settings, or asp code, etc.
