It could be worth quite a bit if the word is a transitive verb - e.g. feed.us, support.us, program.us, etc. -- or if there's some other reason why it makes sense to put it in the .us TLD.

Otherwise, I'd say offhand it's worth about 1/10th of whatever the corresponding .com is worth, about 1/3 of what the .info is worth, and about half of the value of the .net, .org, or .biz.

On the other hand, it's probably worth more than the .co.uk -- those are a dime a dozen (cheap registration fee + third-level domain).
