I have a ded server with whm & cpanel (at burstnet) and I host a few of my sites on it.
When I take a look at the bandwidth usage there's some strange differences. Example :

WHM shows 12.503783 Gigabytes for the last 4 days

CPanel for the site shows 12.503783 too when I click on "Bandwidth"

Cpanel (Webalizer) shows 10881688 Kbytes (it seems to be equivalent to 12.5.. Gb)

-BUT-

The analog stats on Cpanel shows "Data transferred: 28.650 Gbytes" for the last 4 days :confused: :eek2:


What is the actual bandwidth usage ?

A question on bandmin, is it possible to create a link to allow clients to just see the bandwidth stats for their domain?

Not currently (...thru Bandmin).
NOCSoft should have that though.

i have just checked bandmin and it does not list all my domains, mostly namebased, and reports 441 meg used for account created a few days ago and which is still awaiting the dns/nameserver transfer.

Bandmin would only list IP based hosts. Its possible bandmin could just be completely wrong as in the past I have found it to suddenly stop working or report bandwidth that is WAAY off,

One of my domain (IP Based) that I know is doing *at least* 2 gig per day is showing near 0 meg with Bandmin (and 12 gig with WHM).

And the bandwidth transfer for the IP of my server is showing 0.5 gig but I didn't use it at all. Strange :confused:

Sean, I think there's a real problem with Bandmin, I'll put a support ticket to help you solve this.

The account that is showing 441 megs and does not even have a domain pointed to it, is a name based account!!!

So either bandmin does show 'some' namebased or it is not working?

Bandmin can only show interface stats. As name-based hosts will all be going through one interface, you'd be seeing stats for *all* name-based hosts on that interface.
