This is to all the ENOM resellers out there....

Why does everyone want to know who the ETP is? Does it really matter? I mean its not like the ETP can change the prices or anything... What is the big deal????:confused:

Before enom's change in pricing structure, the ETP(or their parent) was supposed to be the first level of support. So if you didn't get a good ETP, then you would get little support. But now enom has their support center, so it doesn't really matter too much :)

Does enom provide direct support to resellers of resellers? I thought the primary reseller handled the support?

Yes - but they dont have a set response time.

After logging into enom.com, click on help (on the left) and go to the "Enom Support Center".

Their support has dramatically increased since replacing the FAQs with the support center, and most questions can be answered by just doing a simple search in the support center. If you still need help, ask your question and expect an answer the next day.
