You need some more mods in Advertising / Offers forum.
Posts waiting to be approved for more than 3 or 4 hours isn't good.
Just my 0.2 cents.

It isn't going to be instant, and that's just how it is going to have to be. I know you don't think we like the added work, but just understand this had to be done. Posts made will appear within 24 hours.

I think the point of klisis' suggestion is that while there are enough mods for real moderation tasks (throwing/locking threads etc) the mundane task of approving obviously non-problematic posts can probably be trusted to non-dieties. That way you moderators could save your attention for more important matters.

The problem was
-> I replied missing information regarding my chat hosting.
-> It wasn't approved for 3(maybe 4) hours.
-> I got some e-mails asking for the missing information I posted. (which wasn't approved at the moment)
-> I had to spend the time(around 30 min) and reply the e-mails It could have been prevented if the post was approved a bit faster.
