Hello,
This is slightly different than the request I made earlier. I am currently doing colocation at a facility which keeps two independent networks, with the same AS number, and I was wondering what type of hardware would I need to merge these two networks for my own use. I would just like the traffic automatically routed over the best route. What would be the cheapest method to accomplish this? Would a Cisco 2924 or Dell 3024 switch work for this? I am far from an expert in routing, so any of your help would be greatly appreciated. If you need any more information, just ask.

BGP.

You'd need a router and need to speak BGP directly with these 2 carriers. Depending on your traffic levels, I wouldnt settle for anything less than a Cisco 7206 (VXR preffered for growth, but not required) or a Cisco 3660. Some other routers COULD work, but wouldnt leave much for scalability.

Well, the point is to try to keep this cheap. Right now I only have three servers and will likely be expanding to 20 at the most. With both networks I have received two seperate IPs. Is there any way to do this simpler than going full BGP, etc.?

You could make a PC based router and run zebra, but if you are not sure about routing protocols, etc, you probably shouldnt undertake this on your own. It'll save on cost, and it'll work fine, but its still seen as "ghetto".
