I think you need to write namecheap to request for them to push to your enom account. I do not think enom will do this for you, but namecheap probably will.

AFAIK that's not possible. The same for RegisterFly > enom

Here is the reply I got from namecheap:

"Unfortunately you will have to initiate the transfer via your enom account. We do not push domains."
