We have been contacting various webdesign companies, but much to our own surprise only got little feedback. Hence, we're posting this request on WHT as we believe there are some good designers out here.
Kindly read over our requirements and please send your offers to info@speedpacket.com so we can keep track of them.
PROJECT SUMMARY
==========================================
We need a complete redesign of our current website at www.speedpacket.com. We want it to look professional as well as technology-related, with bright colours so it remains pleasant to browse through the different pages on the website.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
==========================================
- The site will become available in Dutch as well as English. We want the language-choice-option-button-something to be incorporated in the design nicely.
- We want the following sections to be available from the MAIN MENU (on our current website, the top right buttons): hosting -dedicated servers - domains - resellers - support - customers - company
- Each section of the site should have something unique - a little nuance would be enough (for instance on our current website, the left pictire changes depending on what section you're browsing, but it could also be a colour that changes...)
- We would like to have a Flash Intro Header (such as on hostrocket.com), but this is not compulsory - a big plus though! We don't want a seperate Flash intro as we don't like having to wait on a site ourselves, we don't want to push our customers through the same...
- If possible, a vBulletin theme to fit the new design would be nice as well, but is not compulsory.

We would like to receive 9 files:
- top.php
- bottom.php
- one page for each section which does a php include of the top/bottom.php and which has this little differences with its neighbours...
PAYMENT OPTIONS

We're on a tight budget, so we would like to receive your payment plan proposals if any. Please do not hesitate to send us your offer if you do not have payment plan options though!
Due to our bad experiences with previous designers, we prefer to pay everything upon delivery. However, we understand that designers as well have had bad experiences with their customers before, so a fair advance fee would be negotiable.
