I have a few dedicated servers, but we can't send/receive any emails to yahoo.com domain? We're being blocked or something. How can we resolve the problems?

It's been for a few days already and the problems have been known to my clients and they've started complaining. If we can't solve the problem, I guess I have no choice but to move to a different provider.

So your advices are much appreciated.

Is it your mail server causing it, or are the yahoo accounts blocking you?

Do you have reverse DNS setup on your servers? some places reject mails that doesn't have a rdns record.

Also check if your ips have been blacklisted somewhere.

You can also email Yahoo with a query if you think you are in the clear and everything is configured properly.

You can check your IP's and any errors you receive from yahoo against their SPAM editors. If you get anything back from them the instructions are in there.
