two accounts were being picky about being moved - through WHM from one server to another
So i used commandline pkgacct to get the tar.gz file
moved it to the new server
and tried to use /scripts/unpkgacct username

Invalid Account

is the error it gives me - for both accounts.

Anyone have any experience with the unpkgacct script?
I checked cpanel forums and searched here at wht and it seems like no one has any answers about it or uses it

I might be off on this, and its difficult to say without looking further into it, but make sure that both accounts dont exceed the default 8 chars per username, and that either username doesnt start with a number.

I had this a while ago when transferring a clients domain over, from a cpanel machine, but the accounts were older than when those rules were introduced.
