revecom down?!anyone experiencing that?

Yes, I have had numerous customers trying to place an order and they are down. They were also down yesterday during the day. I have sent many emails to their support people, still no reply since Wednesday.

I am loosing a lot of business because of this :angry:

Yeah they were down for a bit. The actual revecom site itself disappeared briefly too. Up again now though. There was a planned upgrade though. I've noticed a few new things - fraud check e-mail seem to have more information in them now which is nice. The declined transaction page has more info on it too (reasons and which attempt it's up to, etc)

I lost a few signups, but everything is now back to normal. I hope they don't shut their systems down for upgrades next time before sending a message. I could have found an alternate way to take orders. :(
