As a reseller of Okihost for almost a year I can give some input into this.

The owner, Paul, was very helpful in setting up my account. He is always available to answer any questions I have had, and offers excellent support through AIM, and an online helpdesk. He also has an 800 number which I've never had to use.

His servers are very fast, and very reliable. In the 10 months I've been with him, I don't think my site has been down for more than 20 minutes (that wasn't my fault...lol) I've gotten to know Paul pretty good and can tell you he is a stand up guy and does EVERYTHING he can to help all his customers.

If I could recommend anyone to you, I'd definately recommend Okihost for hosting or reselling needs...

I choose not to post my site link up on the forums for my own personal reasons, but Paul can tell you that I am a reseller of his.

I can tell you this, Okihost was my second choice of reseller and still is if i ever become dissatisfied with my current reseller host. He was very helpful to me and did not get my business and is still helpful

Oki-host provides A+ Support. I signed up for a reseller account one month ago and Paul gets a standing ovation for holding my hand and helping me get started.

By the way, I jumped to Okihost from Communitech/Interland. I began hosting with Communitech in 1999 and their service/products currently are the WORST I've ever seen.

Longevity does not equal quality. As a matter of fact, Communitech was at it's best in the early days.

What is their uptime like?

Oki's uptime (I don't know the exact %) is very good. Besides the times required for reboots and what not, I can't remember when the last time my site was down. If you PM him, I'm sure he could give you the exact numbers...but it is EXCELLENT...
