You're probably going to find best support for these features on a Windows based (NT or 2000) web host. There is ASP support available for Linux now, but from what I have seen and heard, it's not on the same level as Windows ASP support... yet.

You may want to try Pwebtech.com, as I know they have a robust Windows hosting solution available at reasonable pricing.
