I don't think this is possible as you would have two distinct businesses using the same merchant account. I know that would violate my merchant account agreement.

I don't think the provider of the merchant account will allow this. Have you talked to the provider of the merchant account yet? :rolleyes:

Even if it was possible I don't think you'll find anyone of a sane mind that would do it. I know I wouldn't risk getting blacklisted due to a 'partner' suddenly deciding to over bill everyone and then taking a runner.

After the BS and faxing it took to get my merchant account recently I know I wouldn't want to share it :)
