I have finally decided on the program I will use, PHP Manager My question is for those who use it currently or in the past, is the WHM module worth it? I am not talking about price, rather usefullness. I will not be utilizing automatic creation as I prefer to verify myself. Setting up accounts in WHM is easy enough, does the add-on make it any easier or more streamlined?

Lastly, do you use the built in support desk? I am used to perldesk and prefer using that although it would be a more effecient mechanism if I used the one included.

I use Phpmanager, but I don't use the WHM because my
plans are so varied, and I do mostly reseller accounts.

The built in support desk works good, and the client
can login with the same username and password as Cpanel.
So that makes it more easier for the client.
