I won't even planning to submit a ticket, just wish to call them and talk to a real human.

I got mine on the 3rd also.. I dont have the # off hand but if you use online banking the deposit lists the contact phone number which will get you through to someone..

Hmn.. I had tried that before posted the thread. It kept telling me "All our representatives are currently assisting our customers, please leave your name, phone number, etc......."

Have also submitted a ticket.

Oh well, just gotta wait. I should have called them before last weekend. Was thinking it might be another delay. :(

They didn't let me know that the account needed extra verification before it released, so I have to call them myself out of the blue to verify the payment.

Anyway, for those merchants who want 2checkout's phone number but haven't found it yet, call 614-819-2367 follow by 2. Just keep it or store it in your address book.
